MANAGEMENT COURSE FOR SCHOOL PRINCIPALS
The Management Course for Principals (MCP) was designed for principals at all three school levels:  elementary, middle school and high school.  The multiple sessions are divided into two parts, a general session for all participants and workshops designed for groups of six to eight participants. 
 
The prerequisites for the MCP are the completion of the Basic Course in Model-Netics and the completion of the Model-Netics Instructor Training Program.
 
The general objective of the MCP is to promote more effective and efficient management of schools.  The specific objectives include the following:
 
Ø       To provide an executive-level review of key organization and management concepts and to relate these concepts to the job of school principal;
 
Ø       To build skill in the application of key organization and management concepts to the job of school principal; and
 
To develop a common framework for understanding and evaluating the job of school principal.
