Model-Netics Executive Orientation
An Approach to Introducing Model-Netics to Organizations
|
|
|
|
- MEMC receives regular inquiries from organizations that are interested in the Model-Netics program.
-
- The usual questions are: "What is Model-Netics? What is a model? Why is the Model-Netics
- course different? What makes it more effective than other programs? and Can you demonstrate
- how a model works?”
-
- MEMC can provide the answers to these questions and others through the Model-Netics
- Executive Orientation.
-
- Model-Netics Executive Orientation Format:
-
- 1. An introduction to Model-Netics which addresses the following:
-
-
- • What is Model-Netics? • What is a Model?
- • Scope of the Course • Examples of Models
- • Teaching Methodology • Installation Process
-
-
- 2. Model Presentation.
-
- The best way to learn and understand the power of Model-Netics is to actually experience
- the models in action. The MEMC consultant will deliver up to a 12-model presentation
- formulated on issues/challenges facing the organization. For instance, the models
- presented might address multiple organizational topics such as: Change, Selection,
- Planning, etc., or may address a single organization topic such as Delegation.
