Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: Main Event Management Corporation (“MEMC”) is the owner of Main Event Management Institute. This agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (either an individual or a single business entity) and MEMC. BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. Without prejudice to any other rights, MEMC may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions herein.
Registration and Participation
By completing registration and entering this binding agreement, the registrant warrants that he/she has the necessary authority to commit the funds required for the training program. Shared registrations are not permitted under any circumstances.
Access Term
The access period for programs offered by Main Event Management Institute may vary according to the program or contractual terms between MEMC and a given client organization. Access periods will be listed on course descriptions or communicated to registrants directly.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices are stated in U.S. Dollars. Financial institutions may charge a fee for conversion to local currency. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment in full is required at the time of registration unless otherwise indicated. This consists of a non-refundable tuition fee and any associated shipping/handling/tax. MEMC reserves the right to refuse admission to registrants whose fees remain unpaid at start of a training program.

Credit Cards
Check/ Purchase Order – To make a payment via purchase order, please contact us directly at info@maineventmanagement.com. Payment for all purchase orders must be received in full before access to a course or course materials begins. Participants registering with a purchase order should follow up with their sponsoring organization to ensure timely payment.
Refund Policy
Registration fees and related shipping/handling/tax payments are nonrefundable for online programs and materials (unless MEMC cancels a program – see below). Refunds for classroom materials for live in-person programs are subject to a re-stocking fee and timeline restrictions.
Cancellation, Transfer and Substitution
MEMC – MEMC reserves the right to cancel its training programs at any time and without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different program or receive a full refund. MEMC reserves the right to substitute facilitators in the event that the facilitator listed cannot conduct the program.
Registered Candidate –A substitution may be made for a registered candidate if a request is made in writing and submitted to MEMC before any program materials have been accessed. Requests to transfer to another class or class format must be made in writing to MEMC. All communications should be sent to info@maineventmanagement.com.
Proprietary Rights
All title and copyrights in and to the MEMC programs and materials provided in connection therewith (including, without limitation, any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and text), including all accompanying printed materials, are owned by MEMC. All content on the Main Event Management Institute platform and all materials sent to participants in conjunction with online programs are protected and, as such, all reproduction is strictly prohibited. In consideration of the fee paid by a registrant, MEMC grants a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the program content and materials for the sole purpose of completing the online program for which the fee was paid.
No one provided access to online programs (i.e., participants, registrants, instructors, organization contacts, prospects, etc.) is authorized to do any of the following:
a. copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the program content or materials without prior written permission (any request for reproduction of material must be submitted in writing to info@maineventmanagement.com);
b. record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means any portion of the online programs;
c. use the program materials in the provision of any other program, course or training, whether delivered by MEMC or a third party;
d. remove any copyright or other notice of MEMC on the program content and materials; or
e. modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer any software forming part of the online programs.
Breach of these terms shall result in immediate termination of any services, including but not limited to access to the online programs and materials.
Technology
It is the student’s responsibility to obtain and maintain the proper hardware and software required to successfully participate in a Main Event Management Institute online course.
Disclaimer of Warranty
PROGRAMS OFFERED BY MEMC AND RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” MEMC DOES NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY UTILIZING SUCH PROGRAMS AND RELATED MATERIALS. MEMC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
