Model-Netics for Supervisors Workshop
The Model-Netics for Supervisors Workshop is a participatory workshop designed to assist supervisors in the application of the Model-Netics concepts to everyday supervision. The focus of the workshop is on current supervisory improvement needs. Typical supervisory situations are discussed and the related behavioral expectations – what to do and what not to do – are identified. The objective of the workshop is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of supervisory personnel.
Culture Building Workshop
The Model-Netics Culture Building Workshop is a participatory workshop in which Model-Netics is used as a tool to identify and define the key elements in the organization’s desired culture. The objective of the Model-Netics Culture Building Workshop is to develop agreement on key beliefs, values, and assumptions that make up the core culture of the organization.
Problem Solving Workshop
The Model-Netics Problem Solving Workshop is a participatory workshop in which a current organizational problem is analyzed using the Model-Netics Reference Check technique. The objectives of the workshops are 1) to analyze and increase understanding of a current organizational problem and 2) to develop skill in using Model-Netics as a problem solving tool.
Model-Netics Refresher Workshop
The Model-Netics Refresher Workshop is designed to build skill in using the Model-Netics models in day to day management. The participants are refreshed on their understanding of Model-Netics and use the models to analyze several current organizational problems. The objective of the workshop is to build skills and habits in using the Model-Netics model as management problem solving tools.
