Model-Netics Instructors – Frequently Asked Questions
How do I become a certified instructor?
You must first take the Model-Netics Course and then complete the Model-Netics Instructor Training Program.
How do I get my class started?
The forms you will need to start your class can be located on our web site under Getting Started. You must order course books from MEMC for each of your participants.
Is there general information about MEMC I can give to participants?
General information about MEMC can be found on our web site. You may also download a brochure to hand out to your class.
Is there a testing element to Model-Netics?
MEMC offers several standardized testing packages for the Model-Netics Basic Course. You can order session, review or comprehensive tests to meet the needs of your organization.
How do I conduct review sessions?
MEMC does not prescribe a standard curriculum for the Model-Netics review sessions. Materials to help assist with designing your review sessions can be found in the Review Sessions section for instructors.
What do I do once I’ve finished teaching a class?
Once you have finished teaching a course, you must submit the required documentation to MEMC. The forms you will be using are posted under the Finishing Up section for instructors.
What do I do if my certification has lapsed?
If your instructor certification has lapsed, you must become recertified. MEMC offers several Recertification options
What do I do if I relocate? Change organizations?
If you are a certified instructor relocating to a different organization, you can continue to teach Model-Netics contingent upon the transfer of your instructor license and remittance of an Instructor License Transfer Fee.
