The Building Blocks of High Performance Leadership

The Building Blocks of High Performance Leadership is a participatory workshop that targets the leadership group of an organization. The focus of the workshop discussion centers around the capstone model, Leadership Diamond, and its interrelated four building blocks that comprise leadership.

The efficient and effective accomplishment of predetermined objectives through others.
STRONG CULTURE
A culture in which the attitudes and actions of the workforce are strongly influenced by a set of shared beliefs, values and assumptions.
PROACTIVE CHANGE
The constant adjustment process by an organization to maintain balanced resources and objectives in the face of changes in the environment, competition, structure, and strategy.

The organization’s high level of confidence that the behavior of responsible individuals will be consistent with exemplary character and steadfast integrity.
PROGRAM FORMAT
The Building Blocks workshop is comprised of three sessions held over 1 ½ days. Each session is approximately four (4) hours in length (12 hours total) and is divided into a general session and workshop.
